It has a phone for local calls, 40″ smart TV with Firestick and fiber optic WiFi internet. The new closet has drawers and a safe. The new bathroom has a walk-in shower, new countertop and cabinet with side drawers. There are plenty of towels and 2 beach towels,
Condo Floyd ocean front studio has a balcony with a full view to the new Malecon. The condo also has two ceiling fans and a floor fan to circulate the air. It has a new mini-split air conditioner. Also there are new blackout shades for sleeping in late or to keep the sun out during the day.
The building also has common coin-operated washers and dryers. There is NO elevator in the building. There are 2 flights of stairs to Condo Floyd ocean front studio.
Fantastic vacation location, you can relax at the roof top swimming pool and enjoy the breathtaking views, or walk out of the front entrance and you are right on the boardwalk (Malecon). You can walk to everything – bars, discos, restaurants, church, art galleries, coffee shops, boutiques, Los Muertos Beach and Zona Romantica are all minutes away. There are also 2 convenience stores on the street corner across from the building. In high season there are farmers markets in Zona Romantica that you can easily walk to.
